Officially registered as Southern Palace Investments 108 (Pty) Ltd t/a Anaprop Property Management, “Anaprop” was founded in 2004 when it was decided that the management of the Anastasi Group Property Portfolio shall be managed in house.
Managing Director, Mr Kiriakos Anastasiadis, brings with him over 30 years of experience in the property industry.
Anaprop oversees the administration, leasing, accounting, facilities management, marketing and business development of the Anastasi Group Property Portfolio. Anaprop has at it’s disposal fully qualified accountants, lawyers, bankers and clerical staff which maintain the day to day operations of the groups property portfolio.
At present Anaprop has over 115,500m² GLA under management with an approximate market value R1 billion.
With currently several shopping centres, office space and light commercial buildings in its portfolio, Anaprop is continuously searching for growth opportunities in either development or acquisitions of retail, industrial and mixed use property at fair market returns.
Anaprop has healthy and supportive relationships with all national & regional tenants as well as with various local authorities, town planners, real estate brokers, professional engineers and attorneys.
